Domestication and Enforcement of Foreign Orders

Domestication of a foreign judgment allows an order from another State or Country to be enforced as if it was a Florida order.  If a party is not complying with the provisions of the foreign judgment, once the order is domesticated, it can then be enforced in a Florida Court.
